UB Greensfelder currently has an opening for a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Department working in the St. Louis office. The Marketing Specialist is an integral part of the Marketing & Business Development Department, assisting in all aspects of UB Greensfelder marketing, with a heavy emphasis on event planning and execution.

Position Responsibilities Include:
- Supports Events Manager in planning and coordinating details for all onsite and offsite seminars and events.
- Coordinates sponsorship and charitable request process including advertising/logo materials.
- Assists with ticket request process among attorneys for sporting and sponsorship events including coordinating menus.
- Maintains promotional items inventory and assists with gift ordering.
- Accurately records business development activities, events, and key client interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to support strategic relationship management and opportunity tracking
- Supports the creation, editing, and distribution of digital content across various channels, including the website, social media, and email campaigns.
- Assists with coordinating regional and firm wide communications initiatives including project management of awards, rankings, and surveys, and support of regional events as needed.
- Assists with the maintenance of the firm’s website, including updating content and managing attorney headshots.
- Assists with updating the firm's social media profiles and presence.
- Maintains awareness and knowledge of competitors’ marketing efforts, reviews research results, reads trade publications, and stays abreast of industry news.
- Works with internal support groups and external agencies and suppliers. Coordinates project timelines.
- Assists with invoice processing, budget tracking, and results reporting.
Qualified Applicants Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing/communications, or a related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Motivated, takes initiative, knows how to prioritize, is organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong technical skills and experience with marketing technology platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
